Recreational

Our recreational classes are 1hr in length, and aim to give each gymnast a variety of life skills, including confidence, strength, flexibility, teamwork, and discipline.

Our team of qualified coaches is dedicated to helping your future gymnasts develop their skills and confidence through our personalised badge system designed by our specialist coaches. We hold dedicated badge sessions four times a year. Gymnasts can continue to pass badges throughout the year when ready.

We offer 2hr recreational classes for gymnasts looking for more time on the equipment during the session, or wanting to work more advanced skills.
