If you’re looking for a fun, safe and engaging introduction to gymnastics, our pre-school sessions are the perfect place to start for children aged 3 and up.

Led by our experienced coaches, each class begins with an exciting, interactive warm-up using hand apparatus to build confidence, coordination and early strength. As the session progresses, children explore a variety of gymnastics equipment, developing balance, agility and key movement skills through structured activities and guided play.

Our programme is designed to support your child’s physical development while boosting confidence and independence in a friendly, supportive environment. Along the way, children work towards our specially designed pre-school badges — celebrating their progress and giving them a real sense of achievement every step of the way.
